Educational Requirements

কোন স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে পুষ্টি ও খাদ্য বিজ্ঞান / ফলিত পুষ্টি বিষয়ে ন্যূনতম স্নাতক (অনার্স) ডিগ্রীধারী হতে হবে।

মাঠ পর্যায়ে পুষ্টি ও প্রাথমিক স্বাস্থ্যসেবা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় ন্যূনতম ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
কম্পিউটারে MS Word, Excel, Power Point এর কাজ জানা আবশ্যক।
বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে প্রতিবেদন লেখায় পারদর্শি হতে হবে।

ক) আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের A-4 সাইজের সাদা কাগজে স্বহস্তে লিখিত আবেদনপত্র ও জীবনবৃত্তান্ত (আপনাকে চিনবেন এমন দুই জন বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তির ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নম্বর ইত্যাদি উল্লেখ পূর্বক), সদ্য তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ৩ কপি স্পষ্ট রঙিন ছবি (ল্যাব প্রিন্ট), সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতার সনদ/ছাড়পত্র, স্থায়ী ঠিকানার স্বপক্ষে নাগরিকত্ব সনদ ও জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি সংযুক্ত সহ আগামী ২২/১১/২০২১ খ্রিষ্টাব্দ তারিখের মধ্যে “নির্বাহী পরিচালক, পদক্ষেপ মানবিক উন্নয়ন কেন্দ্র, প্রধান কার্যালয়, বাড়ী নং ৫৪৮, রোড নং ১০, বায়তুল আমান হাউজিং সোসাইটি, আদাবর, মোহাম্মদপুর, ঢাকা-১২০৭ এই ঠিকানায় সরাসরি বা ডাকযোগের মাধ্যমে পৌঁছাতে হবে। খ) খামের উপর পদের নাম ও নিজ জেলা উল্লেখ করতে হবে। গ) শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদেরকে নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার সময়সূচী দরখাস্তে (সিভিতে) প্রদত্ত মোবাইল নম্বরে অবহিত করা হবে। ঘ) লিখিত পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের দিন পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ নগদ ২০০/- টাকা (অফেরৎযোগ্য) জমা দিতে হবে। ঙ) যে কোন আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ/বাতিল এবং নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তির শর্তাবলী সংযোজন/শিথিল করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করেন। চ) নিয়োগ পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ দেয়া হবে না। ছ) চূড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীর প্রধান অভিভাবক কর্তৃক ৩০০/- টাকার নন জুডিসিয়াল স্ট্যাম্পে লিখিত অঙ্গীকারনামা প্রদান করতে হবে। এছাড়া প্রার্থীর আপনজন/আত্মীয়দের মধ্যে থেকে আরো দুইজন ব্যক্তিকে (সরকারী/আধা সরকারী/বেসরকারী চাকুরীজীবী) সংস্থার নির্ধারিত ফরমে গ্যারান্টার হতে হবে। জ) কোন প্রার্থী কোন ক্ষেত্রে ভুল তথ্য প্রদান অথবা সত্য গোপন করলে নিয়োগ পাবার পরও যে কোন সময় তার নিয়োগ বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করবেন।
