Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents
HR operation using attendance payroll software system specially KORMEE
Prepare Job description & Job Specification of employees
To assist in recruiting people
Prepare and maintain payroll-related records and reports
Work with Human Resources Manager and assist with HRMS implementation
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
Provide accounting support to Finance personnel
Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management

BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
Skills Required: Labor Law, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
