Job Responsibilities
- Purchase requisitions prepare and take approval for AAF-HO and AAF-Center.
- Ensure procurement of different goods by Aarong as per requisition and send the procured goods to AAF-Centers
- Ensure checking, receiving, and storing the raw materials and other goods as per requisition
- Coordinate with the transport department for vehicle scheduling and transport management for timely goods received and delivered with proper documents
- Keep contact with the suppliers as per requirements
- Ensure proper documentation of all the credits copy, challans, order sheets, worksheets and purchase requisitions
- Keep all the records through the MIS system

Educational Requirements
- A Bachelors / Master’s Degree in any discipline from any reputed university
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge about administration, supply chain management and logistics management
- Understanding of the transport and procurement management
- Analytical ability, report writing and record-keeping skills
