We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Management Trainee (HR & Admin) for Sector- C, Bashundhara Group.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) of the companies and produce different types of reports.
Maintain & update employees database through HRIS software.
Ensure employee’s background verification process.
Maintain employee personal files of the management and non-management employees.
Coordinate with the recruitment and selection process.
Present segments of the Onboarding process to new hires.
Perform day-to-day HR activities.

BBA & MBA major in HRM from any reputed University.
Training/Trade Course: Labor Law
