Job Location: Beacon Business Centre, 9/B/2, Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

Local Procurement
– Receive requisition from PPIC for RM (APl & Excipient) and PM (Primary Packaging)
– Prepare procurement plan based on requisition from different suppliers
– Collect price quotations from different suppliers
– Prepare final CS and provide purchase order after approval
– Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery within time
– Coordinate in qualifying vendor by arranging documents and information
– Communicate frequently with PPIC, warehouse, production, QA, QC, R&D and PMD
– Communicate frequently with suppliers in order to develop a smooth and long-term relationship
Sourcing:
– Receive new product sample requisition from R&D
– Arrange samples with proper documentation and forward them to R&D to perform API analysis
– Source PD formulation sample based on API analysis report and proper regulatory documentation
– Receive new product source approval from Quality Assurance
– Arrange all required documents for final approval preparation
– Monitor shipment status until first commercial lot reached at the factory
– Develop alternative source sample based on proper regulatory documentation by considering business benefit
– Communicate frequently with PPIC, warehouse, production, QA, QC, R&D and PMD
– Communicate frequently with suppliers in order to develop a smooth and long-term relationship

M. Pharm from any reputed university. Diploma or any other professional degree in Supply Chain Management will get preference

Expert user of MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving & decision-making skills
