Job Responsibilities

Prepare the operational plan for the village organizations (VO).
Facilitate to conduct the weekly meeting of VO.
Provide professional inputs as required to the leaders of VOs.
Ensure to provide business support to the VO members.
Ensure to collect saving and installment of investment.
Establish networks with different strategic stakeholders including local NGOs and CBOs.
Prepare Training Plan and conduct Life Skill training.
Set targets and drives for achieving results ensuring its quality.
Act as a team player while ensuring team cohesion and shooting troubles among the team and beyond.
Perform any other activities as delegated by the PM.
