ডেভেলপমেন্ট অর্গানাইজেশন অব দি রুরাল পূয়র ডরপ একটি জাতীয় পর্যায়ের বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। সংস্থায় ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কর্মসূচীর আওতায় সিরাজগঞ্জ-টাংগাইল- কিশোরগঞ্জ জেলা এবং চট্রগ্রাম ও বরিশাল বিভাগের চলমান শাখাসমূহ এবং নতুন শাখা স¤প্রসারণের লক্ষ্যে ফিল্ড/ক্রেডিট অফিসার পদে সরাসরি নিয়োগ ও প্যানেল তৈরির নিমিত্তে কিছু সংখ্যক লোক নিয়োগ করা হবে। উন্নয়নকর্মী হিসাবে পেশা গ্রহনের মানসিকতা সম্পন্ন এবং কর্মএলাকায় অবস্থানসহ মাঠপর্যায়ে এককভাবে সমিতি পরিচালনা ও সকলের সাথে মিলেমিশে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Job Responsibilities

সমিতির শৃংখলা ঠিক রেখে সমিতি পরিচালনা করা।
কিস্তি আদায় ও সঞ্চয় আদায়।
সরজমিনে সদস্য যাচাই বাছাইকরে নতুন সদস্য ভর্র্তি।
সরজমিনে তথ্য ভিওিক ঋণী যাচাই।
ইস্যুভিত্তিক আলোচনা এবং সংগঠনের শৃঙ্খলা ঠিক রাখা।
সকল প্রকার পাশ বই ক্রস চেক করে কালেকশন শীটের সাথে ঠিক রাখা।
দৈনিক/মাসিক/অর্ধ-বার্ষিক/বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন নিভুলভাবে তৈরি ও সংরক্ষন করা।
নিয়মিত ভাবে টীম ওয়ার্ক করে লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অনুযায়ী বকেয়া এবং কুঋণের টাকা আদায় করা।
কোন অবস্থাতেই চলতি ঋণের কিস্তি খেলাপি না করা।

Educational Requirements

নূন্যতম এইচএসসি, স্নাতক অগ্রাধিকার।

Additional Requirements

Age at most 30 years
অভিজ্ঞ/ অনভিজ্ঞ
তবে ঋণ কর্মসূচিতে অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে এবং অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
কম্পিউটার-এ এমএস ওয়ার্ড এবং এমএস এক্সেল কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
দৈনন্দিন কর্মদায়িত্ব পালনে অবশ্যই বাই-সাইকেল ব্যবহার করতে হবে;
সংস্থার যেকোন কর্মএলাকায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে;
কর্মদক্ষতার উপর দ্রুত পদোন্নতির সুযোগ রয়েছে।

Salary

ঋণ কর্মসূচিতে অভিজ্ঞদের ক্ষেত্রে বেতন ১২,০০০/- থেকে ১৪,০০০/- টাকা (স্থিরকৃত) এবং স্ংস্থার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অন্যান্ন ভাতাদি।
