Job Context

This position aims to organize and undertake sampling and analyzing of all starting materials, packaging materials, bulk, intermediate and finished products in order to ensure that they meet the company`s specification.

Job Responsibilities

To arrange collection of representative samples by 100% sampling or statistical sampling as appropriate as per procedure and instructions and report inspection findings.
To ensure and undertake physical and chemical analysis of all types of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk, intermediate and finished products along with instrumental analysis according to the GMP guideline.
To organize & operate HPLC, Sophisticated Analytical QC instruments and undertake physical and chemical analysis of all types of specimen samples of raw materials.
To organize and undertake preparation of all volumetric solutions and their standardization.
To enforce and follow good laboratory practice in the quality control laboratory.
To organize and undertake calibration of all analytical instruments as and when required.
To organize to check the pass labels pasted on container kept in Warehouse and their proper storage.
To train the newly recruited personnel on Quality Control activities.
To ensure of method & Process validation.
To maintain reagent stock of solid and liquid items.
To maintain of stationary stock.
To prepare and maintain of reference standard and working standard.
To maintain of All form and all log book.
All responsibility of finished products analysis.
To carry out any other assignment given by GM Plant Operation, PM, Manager, Quality Assurance and Deputy Manager Quality Control.
