Job Context

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and general administration duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Job Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material;
Greet, assist and direct guests, workers, visitors and the general public;
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries;
Provide office support services so as to make sure efficiency;
Respond to guests and public inquiries;
Direct the employees, guests and general public to the right staff member;
Maintain a sufficient record of office supplies;
Provide word-processing and administration support;
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them;
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office supplies;
Provide administrative services to the Administration Manager.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Graduate form any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Desk, General Administration

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section
In-depth knowledge of managing the guests book and issuing security passes
Hands-on experience in giving information and answer questions
Proven record of answering calls and taking messages
Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email enquirers
