  • • Maintain new employees worker recruitment process & prepare CV & personal files and update in ERP system.
  • • Open mobile bank account, verify and update in ERP system.
  • • Check & update attendance, leave information in ERP system.
  • • Ensure OT requisition update in ERP system.
  • • Ensure salary disbursement process.
  • • Prepare & disburse all type of bill voucher for worker/ staff.
  • • Grievance handling in responsible area.
  • • Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issue.
  • • Review all findings in respective area and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
  • • Follow up worker probation process.
  • • Prepare and follow up workers settlement issues.
  • • Ensure workers biometric & picture update in BKMEA portal on time.
