Job Context
- A shariah based commercial bank is looking for a dynamic individuals as Branch Operation Manager for different branches.
- This position is responsible to oversee the day to day branch operational activities, to ensure proper service for customer for all Branch service related issues and to control/ compliance in branch as per bank`s operations policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Day to day branch operational activities
- Ensure proper service for customer for all Branch service related issues
- Ensure proper control/ compliance in branch as per bank’s operations policy
- Counseling & coaching to the all subordinates and update them accordingly
- Monitor the performance of subordinates
- Achieve business targets set by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/ MBA from any reputed university.
- For experience candidate educational requirements may be flexible.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 5 year(s) in Branch Banking
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Branch Management, General Banking
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
- Working experience in any Shariah based bank shall be considered as added qualification.
