Officer Grade- I

Job Responsibilities

Regular follow up of overdue customers via phone calls.
Provide account related information to customers.
Inform customers regarding late payment Interest / Dishonoring Charges & others.
Send follow up letters/SMS/e-mails
Update any type of change in customers address/ telephone no etc.
Reconciliation of accounts in Software.
Chaser input.
Co-ordination with other departments /RMs (if required).

Educational Requirements

Candidates should have MBA/ BBA or equivalent degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on 4.0 point scale.

Additional Requirements

Age at least 22 years
Candidate with positive attitude and pro-activeness, patience in interactions, exceptional listening, perceiving, excellent inter personal skills, team player, problem solving attitude along with excellent proficiency in English and understanding ability are encouraged to apply
Should have the ability to work under pressure
Creative thinking, ability to come up with new ideas to improve Collection standards
Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Work experience not more than 02 year(s) can also apply. Candidate having experience in Collection department of Bank/NBFI/Telco/Air/relevant service industry will be considered as additional advantage

Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
Officer Grade-I: BDT 26,000 during probation and BDT 36,000 upon confirmation.
