    Designation : Trainee Sales Executive/Sales Executive /Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the define SLA.
  • Perform outbound calls as and when required.
  • Track service level. Call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
  • Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel.
  • Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
  • Keeping record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
  • Perform any other additional activities as assigned by the management.
  • Make report to Supervisor.
  • Must be fluent in Bengali & English.

  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university in home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)

  • Age at most 35 years
