Job Responsibilities

Prepare purchase orders for suppliers, Send purchase orders to the suppliers.
Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods.
Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports to the management.
Prepare the supplier’s evaluation report before order confirmation.
Prepare comparative statements and take approval from Management.
Monitor deliveries against the orders.
Track the status of purchase orders.
Receive and check the invoice.
Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
The applicants should have experience in the required area is preferable.
Speaking the English language is mandatory.
Skills Required: agro based farm
