Job Responsibilities

Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all mechanical maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled).
Maintaining The Factory Machinery, Repairing & other related Works.
Ensure the proper working of all mechanical systems of the plant.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure upkeep and maintenance of all responsible areas of the plant.
Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
Store spare parts & equipment’s for replacement well ahead of time and ascertain the proper documentation of the same.
Keep record of all day-to-day repairs, maintenance and services activities undertaken in the plant.
Coordinate to solve production issues and ensure smooth production flow
Conduct training session of all officer and worker for continual improvement.
Reduce breakdown and spare parts consumption
Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Repairing the defective inverted, PCB, power supply inside of factory
Rewinding the burnt motor inside our factory
Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule of production & utility machines.
Make spare parts list of all type machinery and ensure PI/technical specification etc.
Guiding and directing all immediate subordinate for planning, organizing and executing the factory works.
Estimate the required material for implementation of new plant, modification or renovation.
Communicate with the service engineer, erector and supplier regarding any unsolved problem of machinery
Maintain the connection with other internal departmental personnel for smooth running the factory.
Communicate with higher management at any abnormal situation.
Any other tasks to done by Management time to time.

Educational Requirements

BSC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 25 years

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Mechanical technician
Should have enough knowledge on Mechanical Engineering (supervision) and related documentation.
Ability to understand any kind of mechanical design, machine design, drawing for installation and Erection for any machine & equipment
Ability for leadership, team work and decision making under pressure with good intercommunication skills
Aptitude to work under stressful condition.

15,000/ – 18,000/- (After confirmation salary increase 8000/-)
