Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions;
Well conversant in Accounting System & Standard;
Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses;
Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with organizational system
Daily reporting to superior authority / management.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information.
Maintain banking functions independently, keeping liaison with our partners and banks for financial issues.
Should have competency on computer based accounting system & advanced knowledge in Excel and Bangla typing.
Having capability in suggesting integration of various company activities
To perform any other job as per requirement.
Should have good communication skills in English
Should have knowledge about C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) sector.
Independently preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly TAX returns & statements to the respective circle of NBR.
Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
Assist in preparation and submission of VAT Return.
Preparation and submission of annual TAX return and related documents to TAX authority in a timely manner.
Correspond with Tax authority and consultant for Corporate Tax assessment.
Document management related to TAX.
Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
