Job Responsibilities

Prepare & check QC file/original sample with all details artwork
Provide support to merchandising supervisor for development and production
Check development sample with requirements
Maintain order tracking and follow up, PO sample tracking and daily reporting
Prepare parcel accurately for sending to customer
Correspond with the customers and buying offices
Check and follow up relevant issues with QC, factory, suppliers etc. as instructed
Prepare update WIP chart or online portal accurately
Any other task assigned by the supervisor/management

Experience Requirements

Basic knowledge on Fabric, Accessories, Trims, Production line, procedure etc.
