Job Responsibilities

  • Performs order entry arrange sample to customer by inputting purchase into the computer Program.
  • Handles resolves into the customer compliant & account receivable Monitoring.
  • Communication with customer, mail communication,Phone communication, Customer visit.
  • Collaborate with sales/ production for daily follow Up.
  • Check PI before the confirm the order to avoid the mistake.
  • Order duties may be assigned, have to accept any new change & Challenges.
  • Should update superiors with work Reports.
